We provide a lightweight Polyurethane Panel System (PPS) that is a structural high-density and fire resistant panel design. It is a unique and an innovative way to complete your project. It has the same design capabilities as conventional materials, but with significant thermal advantages. External PPS frames consist of a wood frame filled with Polyurethane, clad with the product of your choice. Internal frames are ready for your choice of cover. PPS is resistant to fire, mould and moisture.

Commercial System

Concrete Filled Panel System (CF)

Panels WA Systems are designed in accordance with the Building Code of Australia and the relevant Australian Standards. We provide a Concrete Filled Panel System (CF) that is pre-fabricated in-factory and transported to site. It is a permanent formwork system that consists of galvanised studs and James Hardie Systemboard cladding. It is unique in that it allows for an internal Gyprock finish that reduces the risk of vertical cracking common with other systems. There is also the option of adding internal insulation (CFi) to improve already excellent thermal and acoustic qualities.

You then have the option of using either CF, PPS, or standard timber frame for your internal walls, the choice is yours.The adaptability of our product makes it a clear choice when designing your next venture.

STEELS – LINTELS – FLOOR SYSTEMS

FLOOR Beam Systems

Our patented lightweight Floor Beam System (FBS) is an exciting innovation for second stories or those sites that would incur significant earthwork costs. It is also used for lintels. Preliminary engineering results reflect our system exceeds the strength of comparable steel flooring.  This system allows for a timber or concrete finish.  As FBS is lightweight, it allows easy installation onsite, doing away with the need for traditional steel cranage costs.  A seven metre span is easily lifted into place by two people.

The system allows for a ceiling to be attached for the lower floor, whilst facilitating easy access to run services, inclusive of air-conditioning. The FBS is made to measure in the factory for ease of onsite construction, but still allows for easy onsite modifications should they be required.

  • Our FBS eliminates the time required for forming, pouring, curing, and loading of a traditional concrete slab required for brick construction. It eliminates the requirement for props and formwork material on site, and the accompanying clean up and waste associated with this type of floor.
  • The time it takes to form, pour, and cure a first story suspended slab would exceed the time it would take to erect all our system walls, install an FBS second floor, and complete roof cover.
  • Using FBS for lintels allows for manual fitting on site without the need for a crane.
